The Kelio Intranet Module allows control of your company’s time management in real time via a self service workflow module and a compatible browser allowing users and managers to have more control over their time and attendance related activities.
Personal Workspace
Alows the user to:
- Clock in/out virtually
- Make absence and clocking requests to a manager or validator
- View personal information for absences, totals etc.
- View their working shedule and section absence calendar
- View weekly, periodic, monthly reports etc.
Manager Workspace
Alows the manager to (in addition to above):
- Approve their teams absence and clocking requests
- View present and absent employees
- View the teams personal information, absences and clockings etc. before approval
- View anomalies/alerts
